Barriers are real
Cost, logistics, and limited resources keep many elementary students off the field.
Our organization
InterSP works with elementary school communities by supplying resources and creating opportunities for students to learn soccer, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and healthy physical activity.
Our mission
InterSP's mission is to make organized soccer opportunities more accessible to elementary school students by helping schools establish free, structured after-school programs and optional opportunities for weekend match play.
Free for schools. Built around community, accessibility, and teamwork.
Why we exist
Financial, logistical, and resource barriers can prevent children from participating in organized sports. Equipment costs, program fees, transportation, and limited volunteer support all add up.
Cost, logistics, and limited resources keep many elementary students off the field.
InterSP helps schools access equipment, curriculum, and volunteer training resources.
Organized opportunities to play, including optional weekend matches between local schools.
What we provide
Every resource below is provided at no cost to the school.
Donated soccer balls, pop-up goals, cones, and protective gear for school play.
Structured session plans written for elementary-age players and volunteer leaders.
Orientation resources that help parent volunteers understand their role.
Practical training materials for volunteer coaches running weekly sessions.
Schools may choose to register teams for organized weekend match play.
Schedules, field setup support, and referee coordination for match days.
Our community impact
InterSP seeks to help elementary school communities create opportunities for children to take part in organized physical activity alongside their classmates, supported by families and volunteers from their own school community.
As students play, practice, and compete together, they build the habits and skills that carry beyond the field.
Accessibility
InterSP's programs are designed to reduce financial barriers so elementary students have the opportunity to participate regardless of their family's ability to pay. Equipment, curriculum, volunteer training, and weekend match coordination are provided at no cost to the school, and participation in weekend matches is always optional.
